Catching Up!

I've been scrapping! Not as much as I was this summer, but I'm still plugging away! Wanna see??

This was for a NSD speed scrap. Is it weird to use ladybugs on a boy page? How 'bout a winter-coat page?? I really like how it turned out; speed scraps always push my creativity.

A quick layout for Julianne, using a template and a new kit from my NSD spoils!

The novelty of scrapping with PINK hasn't worn off. I went all-out for this strawberry milkshake page! The photos were fantastic (love the angles -- good job, Julianne) and I think this layout shows them off nicely.

A simple page packed with pictures. Every once in awhile I just have to do pages like this! It's a good way to make some quick progress on a project. And I really do love that wordart; it made for a quick-and-easy title.

This page was created mostly because I wanted to play with this kit! That and, every once in awhile, I have to just scrap for myself.

And one more. This page was prompted by the alpha. I know -- weird! When I got it as a show-off gift from Britt-ish Designs, I thought I would never have a reason to use it ... my subconscious must have taken that as a challenge and has been busy thinking of pages I could do with it ever since. When I saw the picture of Julianne with the snake, I knew I could play on the "wild" theme!

I have some catching up to do, too! I love your Snug as a Bug LO! The striped paper among the other layers looks so fun. The stitched heart and the way the photos are clipped and tied add a lot. But my ultimate favorite about this page is the SCRIBBLING under the photos. AWESOME!!! And your titlework is amazing as usual!

Your driving LO for Julianne looks good, too. I like how you used the template and fit another photo on. I am constantly amazed at how perfectly the kits and colors you choose fit your photos! I struggle with that--maybe that's why my house goes undecorated!

I absolutely ADORE your strawberry milkshake page. The whole thing just looks so bright and fun--just like Julianne's personality. Nice job on that one!

I noticed your Celebrate LO in the gallery right away. I was impressed by how many photos were on there and by the fact that even though they are just in rows, your whole LO still feels WOW and special because of the cool round title. I love it!

Your Count Your Blessings LO is so neat. First, it's a great picture to scrapbook and the action you used on it is COOL. Second, I LOVE that damask paper you used and was stunned by your creativity in using this kit. Your page looks great!

Oops! I forgot that last LO. I love how it's tilted. I totally need to lift that. The title looks fantastic. I love that you were just looking for ways to use that alpha--it's a really cute one. I like how you used the bracket, too.
